1.WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based out of Austin, TX! For UGC, Social Media Management, and Creative Strategy, we take clients from all around the US, but for content creation, clients must be located in the Austin area.
2. WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU PROVIDE SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR?
We work with Pinterest, Instagram, and Tiktok!
3. HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
We do all invoicing through Quickbooks. Because we understand that this is an investment, we definitely allow payment in installments! Payments in full will be made by the 5th of the month, or installments will be made the 5th and 20th of the month.
4. CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM PACKAGE TO FIT A CLIENT’S NEEDS?
Yes, of course! Although we offer 3 different tiered packages for all our services, we understand that the needs of every client varies, which is why we discuss needs in the initial discovery call to see what works best for you!
5. HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE DURING OUR TIME PERIOD WORKING TOGETHER?
All communication between us and our clients is done over Slack.
